Vermillion County Government offices set to close early for severe weather

NEWPORT, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Vermillion County’s government offices, including extension offices, are closing early Wednesday due to incoming severe weather. According to Vermillion County Commissioner RJ Dunavan, the board of commissioners has decided to shut down local government offices at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday due to the incoming inclement weather.
