Court Documents: Oubache Teacher headbutted child in class

A 45-year-old special education teacher at Oubache Elementary School in Terre Haute, Indiana, was charged with battery after allegedly headbutting a 7-year-old student with “some emotional disabilities” while helping them with a worksheet in class.
