When a child is placed in foster care, oftentimes they’re forced to leave their belonging behind. This puts a strain on the new foster families as they work to try to provide all of the essentials in their new, loving home.
SHINE is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, which provides FREE resources for Qualified Foster Families, Relative Placements and Biological Parents currently working with DCS in the Wabash Valley.
98.5 WWVR has partnered with Wabash Motors and Seasons of Indiana Real Estate to collect donations for SHINE Foster Family Resources from March 13th to March 27th.

- Kids Shoes – Especially sizes Toddler 4 to Youth 7.
- Sock/Underwear Drive – All Sizes/Brands
- Hygiene Products – Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Baby Shampoo, Baby
- Lotion, Baby Wash, Toddler Tear- Free Soap and Detangler
