TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO-WAWV) — A new court date and jury trial have been confirmed for a Vigo County man charged with murder.
Montez Ellington Jr. is charged with the 2021 murder of Chloe Carroll.
Ellington’s next time in court is on October 23. A jury trial is slated for November 18.
