VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A well-known chicken restaurant is coming to Vincennes.
Zaxby’s representatives have confirmed that the company is aiming to enter the Vincennes market. While a location hasn’t been set yet, the representative said the local owner is currently searching for a fitting location.
Beginning in 1990 in Georgia, the Zaxby’s website describes the business as starting under the name ZAX. The company credits the flavor of its chicken as well as its special Zax Sauce for the early success that allowed the company to begin franchising four years later.
The company representative said the plan is to break ground on the new location sometime in November of 2024.
