TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – You’re invited to join Terre Haute Catholic Charities tomorrow for a duck-tagging party.
The organization will be tagging 15,000 rubber ducks for the Wabash Valley Rubber Duck Regatta.
The duck tagging will start at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Assistant Agency Director Jennifer Tames said volunteers just simply need to show up at the Catholic Charities Foodbank located at 430 North 14th and a half street and that refreshments will be available.
“We’re looking for dozens of volunteers who can come out and help us out. We have to remove the old tags from the ducks, put on the new ones, prep those ducks for that race,” Tames said.
