Cops confiscating alcohol VS drunks in a river. Who ya' got?

Police in Texas busted two guys

tubing and drinking.

They confiscated the booze and started pouring it into the river. In a scene you wouldn’t write into a movie because it would be too ridiculous, the guys got under the booze and drank it while they were pouring it out. One guy kept putting his cup under it to catch the last pours…..and the cops didn’t notice! That’s what’s so crazy here. Or….as the guys tell it, they kinda ignored it.
