TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Good news for Terre Haute drivers. Seventh and Springhill from U.S. 41 to South 7th Street has been reopened.
The construction is not yet complete on the third turn lane, but the east and westbound lanes are drive-able. We first saw the eastbound closure from 41 to 7th street back in March. Back then the Vigo County Engineer’s Office estimated the roadway would be closed for 30 days for road construction and storm sewer installation.
