EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Old National Bank is temporarily shifting its methods of practice due to the COVID-19 virus.
“Right now, what we’ve decided to do, is we’ll have our drive-thrus open for most of our banking centers. We are going to change the lobby so that we’ll only have clients by appointment. If someone needs to access their safe deposit box, they can do that, but they’ll just have to make an appointment,” said community banking market manager for Terre Haute, Ali Rader.
This will enable members of the Old National staff to clean and disinfect surfaces after each visit.
Additionally, the bank plans to prioritize it’s higher risk customers and those over the age of 60 during the first hour of business between 9 and 10 A.M. Clients can also complete many of their banking transactions at oldnational.com.
