MANSFIELD, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A local cakery is celebrating its new food truck and is preparing to make its first stop at the Covered Bridge Festival.
Tiers of Elegance now also operates Sugar Box. It’s a food truck that you’ll find at local festivals and other events.
They’re kicking off the new business venture in Mansfield and will be ready to serve customers when the festival begins Friday.
They’ll have their popular cakeshakes as well as new and unique menu items.
“Cakeshakes kind of blew up last year when we introduced them and so we’re really happy with the turnout of the community, and everybody that’s come out to show us spport with that,” says co-owner Breanna Shaw.
