Trump administration to impose 15% tariff on polysilicon, sources say

WASHINGTON, Aug ​5 (Reuters) – ‌The Trump administration is planning ‌to ​impose ⁠a 15% ⁠tariff on polysilicon derivative products, ​sources told ⁠Reuters ⁠on ​Tuesday.

It also ​plans to unveil ‌the results of ⁠its Section 232 investigation into ⁠foreign ‌imports ⁠of ​polysilicon ‌as soon ​as Thursday, ⁠the sources said.
