Teen leads Vincennes cops on foot pursuit

After a series of car robberies in Vincennes, officers arrested 19-year-old David Sutton after finding him in a stolen vehicle and he is now being held in the Knox County Jail on preliminary charges of theft and resisting law enforcement.
