TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — One of the four suspects in the murder of Antonio Jones appeared in court Thursday for a pretrial hearing.
De’Rion Wilcox, along with Jamir Jordan, Nick O. Rogan and Levon J. Warrington, allegedly entered the home of Antonio Jones and shot him five times, killing him, on May 7, 2024. Another woman inside the home was also shot four times, according to court documents.
All four suspects face charges of murder, attempted murder, aggravated battery and two counts of burglary.
On Thursday, September 11, Wilcox appeared in Vigo Superior Court 1 for a final pretrial hearing. Wilcox will appear in court next for another hearing on December 4.
Jordan will appear in court next for a pretrial hearing on October 30, with his jury trial date set for November 17.
Rogan will appear next for a pretrial conference on December 17, as he awaits a jury trial date of January 12, 2026.
In November, Warrington will appear for a pretrial conference, with his jury trial set for December 8.
