April 10 (Reuters) – Ticketing platform Encore filed for an initial public offering in the U.S. on Friday.
The U.S. IPO market has been accessible despite the ongoing Middle East conflict, with some issuers in recent weeks braving volatility to push ahead with their listings.
Encore is a theater-focused ticketing platform and distribution network that helps producers and venues sell seats through partner sites and packaged deals.
BoFA Securities, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Evercore, J.P. Morgan, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank are underwriters to the IPO.
Encore will list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ECR.”
