C.I.A. deputy director replaces agency’s top legal official with himself, the New York Times reports

(Reuters) -Deputy Central Intelligence Agency Director Michael Ellis has replaced the agency’s general counsel with himself, the New York Times reported Monday citing people familiar with the matter.
