TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Police are on the scene of a crash in Vigo County, involving a vehicle that was turned upside down.
Chief Deputy Stephen Meng confirmed to WTWO/WAWV that the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office is responding to the crash, near the intersection of U.S. 41 and Gilchrist Street.
A WTWO/WAWV reporter on the scene said a truck is upside down at the intersection and the northbound lane of U.S. 41 is down to one lane. Both southbound lanes have remained open.
