BEIJING (Reuters) -China’s non-manufacturing activity slowed in September, an official survey showed on Tuesday.
The non-manufacturing purchasing managers’ index (PMI), which includes services and construction, dropped to 50.0 from 50.3 in August, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
The NBS composite PMI of manufacturing and non-manufacturing was 50.6 in September, compared with 50.5 in August.
The 50-point mark separates expansion from contraction in activity on a monthly basis.
