WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A U.S. judge has rescheduled a hearing on the Justice Department and Boeing’s request to approve an agreement that allows the planemaker to avoid prosecution on a charge stemming from two fatal 737 MAX plane crashes that killed hundreds people.
The hearing, which was previously scheduled for August 28, is now slated to take place on September 3.
