FARMERSBURG, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Chief Meteorologist Jesse Walker breaks down what we have to look forward to overnight Friday.
Walker has stated that there could be some severe weather coming in after midnight on Friday. A cold front is expected to be coming through, bringing wind and thunderstorms along with it before hopefully clearing out for the weekend. Walker said that Saturday could bring some showers in the afternoon, but the more severe threats are south of us. The storms are looking more severe to the western side of the viewing area as well. Winds are definitely the biggest risk for the Wabash Valley. Walker addresses all this and more, including tornado chances from the west and provides a breakdown of the risks we are looking at in the video above.
