TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — More funding was announced on Monday to support housing development in the Wabash Valley.
Thrive West Central said it recently awarded over $446,000 in ARPA funds and nearly $143,000 READI funds.
The money will go toward developing 43 new housing units in Clay, Sullivan, and Vigo counties.
It will also be used to rehab 13 housing units on five blighted properties in Terre Haute.
The funding is through Thrive’s Homes for the Future Program and this is the fourth round of funding through the program.
