BICKNELL, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The city of Bicknell will be putting funding from a Duke Energy donation towards a tribute for veterans.
According to a Duke Energy representative, the city was awarded a $10,000 check for the Bicknell Heritage Circle. Located in Bicknell Northside Park, the Heritage Circle is where the veteran’s tribute will be placed.
The tribute is designed to honor the legacy of those who have served.
