TERRE Haute, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Terre Haute firefighters put out a house fire early Saturday morning that was ultimately ruled arson.
According to Fire Chief Bill Berry, the call came in just after 6:30 a.m. Saturday for a residential fire at 1558 2nd Avenue. The fire at the unoccupied home was knocked down within five minutes but firefighters were on scene for an hour, Berry said.
The fire was ruled as arson, according to Berry.
