TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WAWV/WTWO) — We’ve noticed the weather has been very nice this week, and the parks have been filled around the Valley, especially the dog park at Fairbanks Park.
Instead of being “cooped up” in the house, residents got to enjoy some time with their dogs.
Abi Scharton is a local resident of Terre Haute and she brought her dog Pico to play with his buddies.
Scharton said she’s been keeping an eye on the weather to know when they can go out.
“They want to be dogs. They want to have fun and run around, and play. And if they’ve been cooped up all winter it’s really you know nice for them to get out be dogs,” Scharton said.
