VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Residents who regularly drive on US 41 south of Terre Haute may have noticed some construction taking place across from the car dealerships near Cobblestone Crossing Apartments.
According to the Vigo County Assessor’s Office and confirmed by Dollar General Public Relations, the location will be a new Dollar General store.
Located at 7121 S. US 41 across from the Honda and Toyota dealerships, the new store will be in close proximity to multiple apartment complexes and residential streets.
Dollar General expects the store to open for business this summer but added that construction progress may alter the planned opening. The store is expected to employ 6-10 employees, depending on the individual needs of the store.
