CARBON, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The boil water advisory in the town of Carbon, Ind. has been lifted, Carbon Water Works Operator Jacob Raubuch said Thursday afternoon.
“All the Bac-T samples taken to lift the boil order for Carbon Water Works came back satisfactory, and the boil order is lifted for Carbon Water customers,” Raubuch said.
The order initially was placed on Monday, Dec. 6 and applied to businesses and residents north of the railroad tracks within city limits.
The boil advisory, Raubuch said, was due to construction and water pressure being reduced.
