SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Sullivan Fire Department worked to put out flames on a Sullivan home Tuesday evening.
A fire started upstairs in the home just before 5 p.m. Fire Chief Rob Robertson says when crews arrived they did not see flames, but did see smoke coming from the home.
Robertson says no one was injured and the homeowner was not home during the time of the fire. The home is not a total loss but did suffer severe water damage.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
