Is Mathew Perry off in this “Friends” interview?

The internet is concerned about Mathew Perry. In an interview for the “Friends” reunion special, Mathew seemed a bit off. Speech was slurred at times, his gaze seemed vacant, he was slouched and overall just seemed out of it.
