TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Due to the rising number of coronavirus cases in the area, Mayor Duke Bennett’s office today announced that all City Hall offices will be closed to the public, effective Monday.
Those needing to conduct business with the city are encouraged to do so by calling (812) 244-2311. Those who wish to do business in person can call the above number to schedule an appointment.
Earlier Thursday, the Vigo County Board of Commissioners announced that all Vigo County government buildings would be closed to the public beginning on Sunday.
This edict will remain in place until further notice.
