SULLIVAN Co., Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Officials with Dugger Union Community Schools announced Saturday that schools will move to full virtual learning starting November 9.
Principal Darin Simpson of Dugger Union Jr/Sr. High School said there are more confirmed cases of COVID-19 within the school, leading to a shortage of staff.
He also said there is a high spread of the virus within the building.
Virtual learning will end on November 24, with students reporting back to the building after Thanksgiving Break on November 30.
Simpson said more details on the virtual learning plan will be available by 10 a.m. on November 8.
