TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The old Toys “R” Us location in Terre Haute may soon have a new tenant.

, Ollie’ Bargain Outlets is in talks to lease the building next to Honey Creek Mall.
The lease agreement states it would become active in April.
There are more than 340 Ollie’s stores nationwide, and a dozen already located in Indiana.
The prospectus says Ollie’s stores is one of the world’s largest retailers of closeout merchandise and excessive inventory.
According to the South Bend Tribune, the company is also looking to open another Indiana store in April. That one is in Mishawaka. It’s also in an old Toys “R” Us building.
