A patient contacted WTWO/WAWV after receiving word. Patients were told that they have 30 days to be placed with another facility.
Employees at the facility confirmed with WTWO/WAWV that the site is closing and directed us to parent company Chosen Healthcare for more information. We have reached out to Chosen Healthcare for comment and have not heard back.
According to the facility’s website, Rockville Nursing and Rehab is a privately-owned, comprehensive skilled nursing facility offering a full spectrum of care including rehabilitation, short-term skilled care and long-term care.
